DH Loves Me

DH loves me, this I know
For this project shows me so.
Bigger jobs to him belong,
I am weak but he is strong ( smart, handsome, hardworking, etc)
This is a project that has needed done for awhile.
We had an ugly door here that was solid, but didn't have any windows. This is the door that goes from the garage into the house. I was always afraid that someone would swing the door open and knock a little one down the steps. It never happened, but it was more than a remote possibility. He did this job on the Friday after Thanksgiving. He also put up the trim right away. It is a beautiful door.

The door was FREE. It came off a job that he was doing. Crazy the stuff that people want to get rid of. It was in a local board of education building (your tax dollars at work) that he helped remodel. He did have to re size the door. It has beveled glass for each of the panes. It even came with the curtain attached. I am so Thankful for this provision of God and my husband. Thank-you darling!

Happy Anniversary Darling!

Now Friends, Don't get jealous, but I believe that I am one of the most blessed women on the planet. I get to spend my life with this man.
He is tall and handsome.
Gentle and Generous
He enjoys reading and studying the Word of God.
He encourages me in my addiction of collecting books!

He enjoys children and is a good dad.
(That's not our baby)

I have known him since he was a boy of 18. I have watched him grow spiritually and in character. I remember his very first sermon. He preached at Lake Geneva Chapel. He was so nervous. He held on to the stand tightly. Now he is relaxed when he preaches. He does an excellent job.
He serves as an elder at our church and I have seen him grow into those qualifications.

As a young man he was VERY quiet. He is still young, but now he is much more outgoing and is 'Mr. Hospitality'.

He is a good friend. He works at his friendships and maintains them for years. He stays connected to friends from his past. He is very loyal.

He is a good sport. He doesn't have to win at a game to be happy. The hair may be red, but he rarely loses his temper.

I thank God for my husband. I am truly blessed to be his wife.
Love you darling!

Happy Father's Day Darling!

I am blessed to have a godly husband. He is loving and patient and gives the family 'more grace than we deserve."

He loves the Lord and teaches the children to enjoy being hospitable by setting a great example. He does what needs to be done. He lives beyond his comfort zone.

He works hard and teaches the children the importance of hard work.

He enjoys spending time with the family. He has taken the boys to work with him since Mr. Boots was a toddler. He teaches by example.

He is a manly man. He is stronger now than he was at 25. He can find a quiet place on a rock to rest. He is a good Daddy and I am thankful to have him as my husband.
