Project Updates

 The kitchen is well on its way to being torn out.  The wall between the dining room and kitchen is gone.  We will replace it with a peninsula. You can see the back of the stove is where it will be.

 The doorway and walls are removed.

 All the iridescent white tiles are gone off the ceiling.  I think they were used for target practice.

This is what it looks like from the kitchen thru the dining room into the family room.  We have new cabinets ordered.  The Peninsula will have a little breakfast bar and will be a tall enough counter height that Michelle can work on it comfortably without hurting her back.  We are even putting in a sink for her.  Elizabeth will need a higher counter some day soon too.  The joys of having very tall daughters!

 Progress is being made on the office/shop also.  The garage door was removed form the office area and has been installed in the back garage at out old house.

The inside of the office has been laid out.  There is even an adjusting table in my new office!

 The small area here, will be my DH's office.

The larger area toward the door will be a storage/shipping area for supplements and will hold a desk for JoAn and Paul for quiet work areas.

 Here is the somewhat cleaned out milk house.  I am still not sure what all the plumbing and pump goes to, but I know it has something to do with the milk cooling tank on the right.

We are in the process of planning and laying out our pastures, orchards, and gardens as well as our recreational ideas. (volleyball, soccer, fire pit, swings, etc.)

We have some more work days coming this week.  I will update the progress as we accomplish things!
