DONE WAITING!!!!

Just heard from the bank this afternoon that Fanny Mae is done verifying the verifications on our loan!  Hallelujah!!!  We are now ready to schedule the closing.  It should be either Saturday or Monday.  You should have heard the yelling and excitement in our house when the email came in.  Everyone so excited!  The stress and strain of waiting was making everyone ready to be done with this process.  Now the hard work begins!  We have to get ready and pack.  Not sure when the moving date will be.  Definitely, before the end of October.

I am pleased to inform you that your loan is now in our closing department and final conditions have been cleared.  An escrow closer will be assigned to your file and she will coordinate with the title agent to prepare documents and a HUD-1 settlement statement.  The title company will be calling both seller and buyer to schedule the closing appointments for each. 

Please plan to have a certified check drawn up for the funds needed to close (buyers, that is).  Additionally, plan to bring photo identification (driver’s license works just fine) to your closing appointment.
