The Loan Officer contacted us on the weekend! She says all the paperwork is collected. Everything will be turned into our 'friend' Fannie Mae, Monday morning!!! Then we should hear shortly if the paperwork beast's appetite has been sated and the loan is going to be released, or will it require more offerings. Once it is released we should be ready to close within 2-3 days. Hopefully, DV, before the end of the week. Not holding our breath, but hope springs eternal!
